Thanks those all look like useful links which I have added to my
bookmarks. I only recently became a member of CSCA but have subscribed
for a long time to PSCF. I did not join since as someone trained in
electrical engineering and applied math, my background did not seem
applicable in any way. Participating on this list changed my mind.

However my main point was that having more papers/book chapters on the
web and referring to them could make discussions with for example
atheists take up less of a persons time. I own copies of both books I
mentioned but not everybody has the resources to buy books and that also
is a good reason to have them on the web (maybe a year or two after they
come out in hard cover).
