    If memory serves me correctly, the Greek word translated "homosexuals" in
    the NASB is a compound from two roots, one meaning male and the other
    meaning lying, which would suggest a meaning of sodomite. The other words
    in the list in I Cor. 6:9,10 seem to emphasize activity rather than
    orientation. Although verse 11 doesn't tell us whether the Corinthians'
    orientation was changed, it seems to indicate that their behavior was.
