The second is the one I was referring to. The first is by Noll, which is
enough to recommend it. The citations are from the Barnes & Noble Web site.

For anyone interested in a less-than-book-length introduction to aspects of
Warfield and science, Livingstone and Noll had an article in the journal ISIS
    (2000, v.91, no.2, p. 283-304) entitled "B.B. Warfield (1851-1921): A
Biblical Inerrantist as Evolutionist". Their introduction to the second book
[Noll is a co-editor with Livingstone; the text is mostly papers by Warfield]
mentioned by Burgy is also useful. Needless to say with those two authors,
the papers are well worth the read.
