Keenan and others interested in the Shround;

I was the person who was at the conference. I work in palynology but
in Paleozoic and not angiosperms so these are NOT folks I know about
personally. I did a bit of web searching for information on the
scientists (whose names were on the poster), and found some information.
I shared my reaction to this poster with ASA and those comments can be
found at url:
http://www.calvin.edu/archive/asa/199908/0064.html

The abstracts of the meeting (Congress) are on the web so I also shared
a copy of the abstract in a subsequent post:

Hope that helps. You can search the August archives of ASA
(http://www.calvin.edu/archive/asa/) to see reactions of a few others.
