there are much intersting literature on this subject.
One relevant writer is the christian philosopher Alvin Plantinga.

Especially the articles
"On christian scholarship"
"Methodological Naturalism?"
"Advice to Christian philosophers"

Plantinga is the leading Christian philosopher in USA, and
also a very important one in general. Thus whether one
agrees with him or not, he is well worth studying.

He discusses origins questions in some of these articles.

Personally I must confess that his article
"Advice to Christian philosophers"
is probably one of the most influential writings I have ever read.
I am not a philosopher, I am a physicist. But still so.
