Daniel Berger wrote, in part: "Christianity is not founded on a literal
interpretation of Genesis, it is founded on the Resurrection. And there is much
better evidence for the Resurrection than for a literal interpretation of
Genesis 1-5."

True enough, as far as that statement goes. I would argue, however, that while
CHRISTIANITY is founded on the Resurrection of Jesus the Christ, one's own faith
(capability of trusting in Christ) is founded on the work of the Holy Spirit.
And I have difficulty separating the two concepts, "Christianity" and my own
Jesus-relationship. The intellectual separation is easy, but unimportant. On a
personal basis, they are inseparable.
